Mix the cashew and almonds into a fine flour, add rosemary salt and mix. In the meantime, we will prepare chia seeds. Pour two to three tablespoons of seeds with six tablespoons of water and wait until all the liquid has soaked up - stir over several times. When the chia is ready, add it to the dry mixture and shape the dough (if it is too dry, add water). We make small pancakes from the dough, which we place on a foil. Dry for about 6 hours at 55°C (until completely dry).
