Turkey meat TERIJAKI


Wash the meat, unbleach the meat and put it in the freezer for at least an hour. Then cut the meat into strips. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the meat strips in it (preferably overnight). Straighten the strips of meat and spread on the dryer sieves. Dry at 65°C for about 6 hours.

INGREDIENTS:


  • Turkey meat:1 kg
  • Soy sauce:160 ml
  • Rice wine:80 ml
  • Garlic powder:3 tablespoons
  • Cane sugar:3 tablespoons
  • Salt:pinch
  • Chilli flakes:1 teaspoon
